Customer
The Customer agrees to comply with these terms and any merchant-specific conditions when purchasing products and services via the Koli Nature Centre Ukko online services.
Ordering
General Terms
All prices displayed in the online service include VAT.
We apply dynamic pricing. Prices depend on timing and may vary monthly, weekly, and daily.
We sell products to adult private individuals and business customers.
We reserve the right to change prices.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
We reserve the right to amend our delivery terms. The Customer must review the applicable terms prior to placing an order.
Booking Terms
These terms apply to bookable and rentable products and services, hereinafter referred to as the “object”.
Booking
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the description, instructions, and terms related to the booking object(s).
A booking is binding once the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
The Customer shall pay for the booking according to the selected payment method and its terms.
The booking system sends an order/payment confirmation to the Customer’s email address.
The Merchant is not responsible for unsuccessful bookings; the Customer must contact the Merchant without delay to resolve the situation.
The Merchant does not guarantee that the object is still available in such cases.
If the object is no longer available, the payment will be refunded or, where possible, an alternative object will be offered.
Cancellations and Changes
The cancellation date is the date on which the Merchant receives notice of the cancellation.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is submitted in time.
If the Customer cancels a booking/event:
Less than 30 days but at least 14 days before the start: 50% of the rental/event price will be charged.
Less than 14 days before the start: 100% of the rental/booking price will be charged.
Bookings made with a discount code are always charged in full, regardless of the cancellation time.
Changes to Bookings
A booking may be rescheduled once at the Customer’s request.
The object cannot be changed when rescheduling.
Rescheduling must take place no later than 14 days before the original start date.
A rescheduling fee of €10 (incl. VAT) will be charged.
If a rescheduled booking is cancelled, the full price will always be charged regardless of the cancellation time.
Delivery Terms
Conclusion of Contract
A binding agreement is formed once the order has been confirmed (order/payment confirmation).
The confirmation is sent to the Customer via email.
Cancellation and Returns
Products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
The right of return is valid only if the product is in its original condition.
Product packaging must also be in saleable condition.
Please contact sales for detailed return instructions.
The right of return does not apply to engraved or customized products, accommodation services, restaurant services, or other leisure services agreed for a specific time.
The Customer is responsible for standard return costs.
Payment Terms
The Merchant uses reliable and secure payment service providers.
The Merchant does not store bank or credit card details at any stage.
The Customer agrees to comply with the terms of the selected payment method.
Invoice Payments
Invoices must be paid by the due date indicated.
Late payments will incur additional charges. If payment is made after the due date and late fees have already accrued, these will be invoiced separately.
Invoice surcharge: €8
If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of the order, the Merchant will not process the order.
