Forest Mindfulness Excursion
During the soothing Forest Mindfulness Excursion, you will have the opportunity to experience the well-being benefits of the forest with all your senses! On this journey, you will encounter the lush scent of the forest and breathe the purest air in Koli National Park. You will witness the park's oldest forest and encounter traditional domestic animals along the way. We will pass by traditional yards, meadows, and birch forests.
The excursion incorporates easily adaptable Forest Mindfulness exercises. These exercises enhance mindfulness skills by combining the natural health benefits of the forest with the well-being effects of practicing mindfulness. The exercises help you be present in the moment, promote positive thinking, and calm your mind while observing nature. Research shows that just 10 minutes of nature immersion can lower heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and reduce stress hormone levels in the blood.
The route is moderately challenging due to significant changes in elevation. However, the pace of movement is relaxed, and we will take walking breaks for the exercises.

Difficulty Level: The route is moderately challenging due to changes in elevation, but the pace of movement is relaxed, and we take breaks for the Forest Mindfulness exercises.
